Flexible Shipping
Most products are available year-round, but order NOW for best availability! We will ship your order during the week(s) that you request, and only invoice you at time of shipment. Split shipments are available upon request.
Chocolate Advent Calendars begin shipping week of 09/30/24, weather permitting. Orders that include Chocolate Advent Calendars shipping to warm Southern and Western destinations will require later shipment to prevent melting!
Freight
We add ground freight charges to each order. Express freight is available upon request. Freight charges are not subject to credit or refund. If you prefer, we will bill freight charges to your FedEx or UPS account. All sales are FOB Origin.
Net 30 Days
Upon approval of credit application and agreement. We invoice all sales at time of shipment. U.S. funds only. We require prepayment for first-time orders and for orders with a Merchandise Total of $250 or less.
Prepayment Discount
2% Off the Merchandise Total, net of all other discounts, for order paid in full at time of shipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Returns
We accept returns of all products purchased from this catalog other than Chocolate Advent Calendars. For merchandise credit on future orders, we must receive all returns of those products by January 24, 2025. All returned products must be unopened in original packaging and in saleable condition, free of added labels or markings.
All sales of Chocolate Advent Calendars and clearance items are final.
All claims for damaged merchandise must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt. All damaged merchandise and shipment packaging must be retained for 5 business days following submission of any claim for inspection by the carrier.
